Tal Arama has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2015, they began their career as a Coordinator of overseas students at Hebrew University Student Union, where they were responsible for managing the needs of international students. In 2016, they took on the role of Team Lead at Betar Movement. From 2017 to 2018, they worked in the International Department of the Ministry of Economy and Industry, Israel, where they collaborated with foreign bodies on vocational training projects. In 2018, Tal assumed the position of Director Of Education at IsraelExperts, overseeing Birthright programs and managing the department's finances. They also worked as a Business Development and Operations professional at Avian during this time, driving strategic growth and conducting market research. In 2013, Tal joined israir as a Group Lead, leading tour groups abroad and handling all operational aspects of travel. They then joined Biochemistry plus in 2021 as an Instructor of Molecular biology, providing education in the field. Most recently, in 2022, they started working at Amai Proteins in a marketing role.
Tal Arama began their education journey in 2014 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Sociology Anthropology. Tal completed their undergraduate studies in 2017. Later, in 2021, Tal enrolled at Tel Aviv University to pursue a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Their medical education is expected to continue until 2025.
