Erin Dennis-Braxton

Erin Dennis-Braxton has a range of work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Erin most recently worked as the Director of Bank Operations and Senior Vice President at Amalgamated Bank since May 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at USAA, including Experience Owner Lead for Deposits and Retail Payments - Money Movement, where they were responsible for optimizing real-time payment functionality. Erin also worked at Citi, where they were a VP and Product Manager for Global Retail Bank Payments, managing the implementation of features into the Zelle person-to-person payment service. Erin's earlier experience includes roles at Citi as a Business Strategy and Program Manager, Chief Product Owner for Business Transformation, and Senior Business Analyst. Erin also worked at JP Morgan Chase as a Business Analyst and Project Analyst as part of the Leadership Development Program.

Erin Dennis-Braxton completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Whitney M Young Magnet High School from 1993 to 1997.
