Radit Mahindro has had an extensive career in marketing and communications, focusing primarily on the hospitality industry. Radit has held various senior-level positions in well-known companies such as AMAN, Potato Head Family, Nirjhara, Tandjung Sari, Alila Hotels - Two Roads Hospitality Asia, Soori Bali, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali (previously Regent Bali), and Kayumanis. Radit'sroles have included senior regional director of marketing and communications, regional director of marketing, area marketing director, marketing consultant, digital marketing director, director of revenue management, digital marketing manager, sales marketing consultant, and corporate marketing communications. Radit'sresponsibilities have ranged from developing and implementing marketing strategies to overseeing digital marketing departments, budgeting, designing and launching websites, and recruiting key personnel.

Radit Mahindro obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication Design - Destination & Tourism Branding from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS).
