Victoria Pearson

Victoria Pearson has a comprehensive work experience in the legal and brand protection field. Victoria is currently serving as the Director of Legal & Brand Protection at AMAN since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AMAN as a Senior Legal Counsel from January 2020 to April 2023. Before joining AMAN, they served as a Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at SWAROVSKI from April 2018 to December 2019 and as an Intellectual Property Counsel from July 2015 to March 2018. Victoria also gained experience at Ashurst as a Senior Associate from May 2014 to June 2015 and as a Lawyer from March 2012 to April 2014. Victoria started their career as a Junior Intellectual Property Counsel at Chanel from April 2010 to January 2012 and worked as an Attorney at Shusaku Yamamoto Patent and Trademark Attorneys from January 2008 to August 2009.

Victoria Pearson has a Master of Laws (LLM) from both Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg (2009-2010) and The Australian National University (2007-2008). Victoria also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Asian Studies in Japanese from The Australian National University (2002-2007). Prior to their university education, Victoria attended Canberra Girls Grammar School until 2001. Additionally, they are certified as a Solicitor by both the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory (obtained in 2007) and the High Court of Australia.
