Oran Raufogel

Oran Raufogel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Aman Group since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing the employee life cycle process, including on-boarding, performance reviews, personal improvement plans, career development, internal mobility, promotions, and terminations. Prior to this role, Oran worked as an HRBP at Prime Sales from 2013 to 2016, supporting the organization's human resource initiatives under the CEO and HR VP. Oran's experience also includes serving as an Organizational Consultant from 2012 to 2013, focusing on organizational processes and leadership development for new business ventures. Oran holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services (2009-2012), both from Bar-Ilan University.
