Liam Connolly has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Liam currently serves as the Executive Director, USA at Safe-Hub Philadelphia, where they are responsible for developing and leading a strategic plan to scale social impact through youth and community infrastructure and program intervention. Prior to this, Liam worked at AMANDLA Social Enterprises, holding various positions such as Director of Strategic Planning, Global and Strategy and Project Management Office Manager. In these roles, they led global strategic planning, managed day-to-day business operations, and designed and executed pilot projects for youth development. Liam also has experience working with the United States Department of Defense as a Thailand Desk Officer and at Fulbright Korea, where they served as an Executive Assistant and Fulbright Grantee. Additionally, they worked as a Program Leader at the Huh Jung Moo Guus Hiddink Football Foundation, coaching and developing practice plans for young soccer players in South Korea.

Liam Connolly holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, with a focus on International Relations and National Security Studies. Liam completed their undergraduate studies at Nazareth University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy. Additionally, Liam Connolly briefly studied Korean Language and Literature at Korea University.
