Austin Daley

Austin Daley serves as the Distributor Compliance Manager at Amare Global since June 2022, leading compliance efforts and systems. Prior to this role, Austin held several positions at Xyngular Corporation, including Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included supporting a compliance team and ensuring adherence to FDA and FTC standards. Austin also served as a Compliance Specialist, focusing on regulations and distributor education. At Young Living Essential Oils, Austin contributed as a Conduct Success Business Analyst, where improvement processes were implemented, and previously enforced distributor policies. Early career experience includes customer service and technical support roles at both Young Living and Elite Energy Solutions. Austin holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Utah Valley University.
