Shirley Avivi has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management. Shirley is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at AMAREL LTD, a company specializing in unique market-leading projects. Shirley also worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at eToro and as a Talent Acquisition Lead at HP. Shirley has experience in managing global talent and implementing recruitment processes. Shirley has also worked at Surecomp, EBRD, and the Inter-American Development Bank in talent management and acquisition roles. Shirley started their career at Sela Group, where they worked as a Recruitment Manager and HR Coordinator, handling outsourcing recruitment in the hi-tech industry. Shirley also worked at Marvell Semiconductor and Alexander Mann Solutions in talent acquisition roles.
Shirley Avivi holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Organizational Consulting from The College of Management Academic Studies, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Shirley also earned a Master's degree in Political Communication from Tel Aviv University between 1998 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Haifa, where they attended from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, Avivi has obtained certifications in various areas, including Explorer from HP and Recruiting Talent with Social Media from LinkedIn. Shirley is also a Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certification holder.
