Teresa Bieler-Stütz

Teresa Bieler-Stütz has extensive experience in various roles related to compliance, data privacy, human resources, and sustainability. Teresa currently holds the position of Executive Director Global Compliance & Data Privacy at Amarin Corporation, where they have been working since February 2024. Prior to that, they served as Acting Head of Compliance, Ethics & Data Privacy Region Europe at the same company from September 2022 to February 2024.

Teresa has also worked as a Managing Director and Interim Executive at TBSConsulting-AT since September 2012, specializing in strategic management in areas such as HR, people culture, ESG compliance, and risk.

In terms of teaching experience, Teresa worked as an External Lecturer for CSR & Sustainable HR Management at FH Burgenland from September 2020 onwards.

Teresa has held interim positions as the Global Group Head of People & Culture & Ethics at AEROCOMPACT® from October 2022 to February 2023, and as the Head of Compliance, Ethics & Data Privacy Germany, Austria, Switzerland DACH at Bausch + Lomb from September 2020 to October 2021.

Teresa also has experience at Chiesi Group, where they served as the Manager of Sustainability, Legal & Compliance & Data Protection for CEE/CIS & Austria from December 2015 to September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager for Austria & CEE/CIS Headquarters at the same company from September 2012 to December 2015.

Teresa gained experience as the Human Resources Diversity Manager at Deutsche Telekom AG, Geschäftskundenbereich, Direktvertrieb und Beratung from April 2011 to August 2012.

Teresa's earlier roles include working in Human Resources Legal Advice & Project Management at T-Mobile Austria from July 2008 to April 2011, and serving as a Referentin Insolvenzrecht at Arbeiterkammer from January 2007 to July 2008.

Teresa Bieler-Stütz holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Teresa also has a Magisterstudium degree in Rechtswissenschaften from Juridicum Wien, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have a Magisterstudium degree in Betriebswirtschaft from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Teresa further pursued advanced legal research and studies, specializing in mediation, at the University of Vienna from 2008 to 2009. Teresa has obtained various certifications, including being a Certified Management Consultant from UBIT-Akademie incite since May 2023 and a Certified Supervisory Expert from UBIT-Akademie incite since June 2022. Teresa also holds certifications in CSR, Data Privacy, and has attended multiple courses on topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
