Shadry Nur Athien Utami has a diverse work experience. From June 2019 to January 2020, they worked as a Field Talent Acquisition Sr. Lead at Amartha, where they were responsible for hiring and maintaining the quality of field employees. From November 2018 to June 2019, they served as a Frontline Talent Acquisition Manager at Home Credit Indonesia, ensuring timely hiring of commercial and operational frontline teams. Shadry Nur also worked as a Recruitment & Development Staff at PT. Combiphar from October 2013 onwards.
