Cynthia Ying Hua Li

Cynthia Ying Hua Li has a wealth of experience in the logistics industry, having worked in the field since 2000. Cynthia Ying Hua began their career at Maersk Line in Shanghai, where they held the role of Shanghai Export Customer Service Management from 2004. In 2016, they moved to Swire Shipping, where they held the role of Head of China Commercial team, delivering budget expectation for Swire Shipping and taking responsibility for the customer experience. In 2017, they joined the AMASS GROUP, where they held the roles of Group Overseas Department Director and Group FCL product director. Currently, they are the Head of Seafreight for Great China at Rhenus Logistics.

Cynthia Ying Hua Li has an extensive education history. Cynthia Ying Hua obtained their Bachelor degree in International Shipping Management from Dalian Maritime University between 1996 and 2000. Cynthia Ying Hua then went on to obtain their Master degree in MBA from Fudan University between 2005 and 2008. After that, they attended the Maersk Everest Program, where they completed the Lhoste Program in Team Management, Project Management, Sponsorship and Strategic Thinking between 2004 and 2006. In 2012, they completed certifications in Green Belt Certified from The Lean Six Sigma Company, The 4 Discipline of Execution and The 7 Habits Solution from FranklinCovey, The Will to Lead from KF Anderson Leadership Academy, Coaching Master from The Sherman Partner, and PI Worldwide Certified from The Predictive Index. In 2016, they obtained their Doctorate degree in Business Management from Business School Netherlands. Cynthia Ying Hua is currently pursuing additional certifications from PI Worldwide.
