Aalayah Cross, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Amatrol, Inc. since September 2021. In this role, Aalayah manages various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
