Susan Craig

Susan Craig has extensive experience in credit management and collections, currently serving as the AP, AR and Credit Manager at amaysim within Optus since February 2021. Prior to this role, Susan has held various positions at amaysim Australia Ltd, starting as a Credit Manager in July 2014, providing critical credit-related advice and solutions. Susan's background includes a significant role as Team Leader for Credit Review at Optus and Collections Team Manager for Virgin Mobile. Earlier experience includes a Collector position at The Arms Group and various leadership roles at American Express. Susan holds a Certificate IV in Celebrancy, as well as ongoing studies towards a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University, complemented by a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE NSW.
