Sophia Burghardt began their work experience in 2012 as a Senior Retail Employee at Farmers Daughter Farm Market, where they stayed until 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Front Desk employee at Hotel Hershey for five months. Later in 2017, they became a Membership Recruitment Chair at Phi Sigma Sigma, Inc. until the end of 2018. Starting in November 2022, they joined Amaze Media Labs as a Client Services Account Coordinator.

Sophia Burghardt completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at Penn State University from 2015 to 2019.
