Ruth Pappadakis FCIPD serves as the Head of People & Culture at Amazon Filters Ltd since April 2008, overseeing a team of four in People Operations and Learning & Development while collaborating with the Board of Directors on strategic leadership and People and Culture strategy implementation. Previously, Ruth held various HR roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland from February 1998 to April 2008, including Business Support Manager, Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, and Customer Services Officer, with responsibilities ranging from talent planning to team development and customer service oversight. Ruth holds a BA Hons in Business Administration from the University of Surrey and a CIPD qualification from Farnborough College of Technology.
