Charlene Zhang

Charlene Zhang is a research scientist specializing in Global Hiring Science at Amazon, bringing a strong background in psychology to the role. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Analyst at the Graduate Medical Education at the University of Minnesota Medical School and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota. Charlene has contributed to the College Board research group as a PhD student researcher and held the position of Talent Assessment Intern at Amazon. In addition to these roles, Charlene has been involved with Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work, serving as VP Membership and VP Membership-Elect.
