Ganesh Iyer

Ganesh Iyer is an experienced Applied Scientist with a focus on computer vision and machine learning technologies, having worked at Amazon from June 2020 to June 2023 in multiple roles. During this tenure, Ganesh contributed to various applied science projects, using skills in NumPy, algorithms, and leadership. Prior to Amazon, Ganesh served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, supporting courses in Deep Reinforcement Learning, and completed internships, including a software engineering role at XPENG Motors, where Ganesh developed a 3D LIDAR SLAM pipeline. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Robotic Systems Development from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
