Kamol Khodjaev

Kamol Khodjaev is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Program Finance at Amazon since April 2020, where efforts have led to double-digit growth in Japan's leading e-commerce marketplace, along with significant profitability improvements in retail operations. Prior to Amazon, Kamol held various leadership roles at Volvo Cars from August 2010 to April 2020, including CFO Japan and Head of Trade Finance Worldwide, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce trade credit risk across global markets. Kamol's career began with an internship at AARHUS TECH, and educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Finance from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and a Bachelor's Diploma in Finance and Economy from Tashkent Financial Institute, complemented by a JICA certification.
