Nichole M. Henderson

Nichole M. (Martin) Henderson possesses extensive experience in operations management, having held various leadership roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at Amazon, Nichole has previously worked at Electrolux as Director of Operations and Director of Warehouse Operations. Other notable positions include Regional Operational Excellence for North America and GM of Operations at Valmet, and Director of Operations at Voith Paper Fabric & Roll Systems, Inc. Additionally, Nichole has held significant roles at Owens Corning, including Senior Plant Operations Leader and Operations Leader.
