Prateek Chhikara

Prateek Chhikara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and military leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Program Manager in Amazon Advertising since March 2020, Prateek previously held various managerial roles at Amazon, including operations management in Last Mile delivery and business operations in Amazon FLEX. With a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School and a solid background in military operations, Prateek has demonstrated leadership by organizing specialized military training as an instructor for the National Security Guard and by leading key initiatives within the Indian Army and United Nations. Noteworthy achievements include improving operational performance in high-stakes environments and establishing India’s first Anti-Bioterrorism Task Force. Prateek’s educational background is further complemented by advanced studies in communication and technology at Savitribai Phule Pune University and management at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies.
