Shilpan Bhagat

Shilpan Bhagat is an experienced professional in product management and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of CX Product for WW Amazon Grocery since July 2023. Previously, Shilpan was a Vice President at Walmart overseeing eCommerce Product Management for Africa and held several key positions within Walmart, including Director roles focused on Walmart+ and Online Grocery. As an Advisor for HealNow since 2017, Shilpan contributes to product strategy and growth for a healthcare delivery platform. Earlier roles include Head of Product at Toys"R"Us and co-founder of The Sage Project, alongside a tenure at Amazon as a Design Technologist. Shilpan has a Master’s degree from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.
