Solange Bailey

Solange Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering. Currently serving as a Pathways Operations Manager at Amazon since June 2023, Solange previously held various engineering roles at SLB from June 2015 to June 2023, including General Field Engineer, Quality Team Lead, and Senior Field Engineer, working with high-profile clients such as BP, Shell, and Exxon Mobil. Solange's earlier experience includes a Pathways Operations Manager internship at Amazon in summer 2022 and a completion engineer internship at bp in summer 2014. Solange holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Alliance Manchester Business School (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies (2012-2015).
