Starting in 1998, Shinhoster Stephens began their career as a Public Relations Coordinator at Georgia Institute of Technology. Most recently, in 2019, Shinhoster Stephens joined AMB Sports and Entertainment as the Senior Director of Internal Communications, Employer Brand and Engagement. Nicole spearheads internal communications across the Blank Family of Businesses and manages a diverse portfolio of businesses including the Atlanta Falcons, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Atlanta United FC.
