Beth Griffiths

Beth Griffiths is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of People at Amber since April 2019. Previous roles include Employee Success Business Partner and Talent and Recruitment Manager at Amber, as well as Internal Recruitment and Talent Advisor at Trafnidiaeth Cymru – Gwasanaethau Trên / Transport for Wales Rail Services from April 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, Beth held positions as Internal Recruitment Advisor and Chair of the Charity Committee at NewLaw Solicitors between January 2017 and April 2018, and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad from January 2015 to January 2017. Initial recruitment experience was gained at Hays as a Recruitment Consultant for Contract IT Development in 2014. Beth holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management and Services from Cardiff and Vale College, completed in 2020.
