Nicola Jacks

Nicola Jacks currently serves as the Head of People Partnering at Canva since April 2025. Previously, Nicola held roles as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners, a member of Knoetic | CPOHQ, and Vice President of People at Aurora Solar. Prior experience includes positions such as Human Resources Director for WhatsApp at Meta Facebook, where Nicola contributed to the growth of the team from 500 to 2,000 employees, and Human Resources Director at Square during its growth to over 1,000 employees. Earlier career involvement at ANZ included various management roles in HR operations and employee relations. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and a Master of Business (with Distinction) in Human Resource Management from RMIT University.
