Alton Morgan

Alton Morgan is a seasoned UX Research professional currently serving as a Lead UX Researcher at Amber Labs, focusing on bereavement services for the Department for Work and Pensions since January 2024. Prior experience includes leading UX research at Blue Light Card and holding senior roles at Asda and HM Revenue & Customs, where the emphasis was on advocating for user needs through diverse research methods. Earlier positions include managing research projects at Omlis, executing quantitative research tasks at Launchpad Research Ltd, KPMG Nunwood, and MaritzCX, as well as working as a Youth Officer at Serco. Alton Morgan holds an MSc in Health Psychology from Aston University and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Biology from Liverpool John Moores University, with ongoing education at UCL.
