Scott Nguyen

Scott Nguyen has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Certified Nurse Assistant at Life Care Centers of America in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Computer Technician at Salt Lake Community College. In 2013, they took on the role of Networking Research Assistant Internship at TBN Consulting. In 2014, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer III and Technical Support Engineer II at Dell EMC and a Help Desk Agent at Unisys. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Technical Support Engineer III at Pure Storage and is currently a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Amberdata.

Scott Nguyen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Utah between 2010 and 2013. Scott then went on to obtain a Master in Information Systems (MIS) in the same field from the University of Phoenix between 2014 and 2016. In addition to their degrees, Scott has obtained four certifications: VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV) from VMware in February 2015, XtremIO 3.x Flash Storage Solutions from EMC XtremIO in February 2015, Information and Storage Management Associate (EMCISA) from EMC in June 2014, and Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) from Cisco in March 2013.
