Dave McCargar has over 25 years of experience in customer success and technical support. Dave began their career in 1995 as a District Manager for Merit Property Management, Inc. In 1998, they moved to Andrews Technology, Inc. as a Consulting and Education Engagement Manager. In 2000, they held two positions, Business Development Account Manager for Synteleos, Inc. and Manager, Customer Success - BCS Western Region for VERITAS Software Corporation. Dave was promoted to Senior Business Critical Services Account Manager at VERITAS in 2000, where they managed technical services relationships with top tier customers. In 2008, they became the Director, Customer Success Americas - BCS at Symantec Corporation. Dave was responsible for leading the Americas Business Critical Services Premier delivery team and the Global BCS Renewals and Retention team. In 2016, they were recruited to Skuid as Director, Global Customer Success & Technical Support, where they designed and executed a global customer success and premium support strategy from the ground up. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Ambient.ai as Head of Customer Success, Services, Support.
Dave McCargar obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Biola University between 1990 and 1995.
