Karisa Wade

Karisa Wade has over 20 years of professional experience. Karisa began their career in 1997 as a Senior Manager at Accenture, where they managed large-scale, complex programs that combined processes with solution development and technology for business transformation. In 2009, they joined Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Senior Manager of IT Shared Services and IT Project Manager, Principal. During their time there, they led Shared Services, Supply Chain, and Work Management teams consisting of ~50 resources and was responsible for development and support of business application solutions. In 2017, they joined Zendesk as a Director of Professional Services, Senior Manager of Implementation Consultants, and Senior Manager of Implementation Consultants. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Ambient.ai as a Senior Director of Implementation Services.

Karisa Wade holds a BS BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona. Karisa has also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2013 and a Sales Science Certification from Base CRM.
