Priyanka Jha

Priyanka Jha has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to recruitment and talent acquisition. Priyanka began their career in 2011 at Ernst & Young, where they worked as an HR Recruitment Management Intern, handling IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, and conducting aptitude tests. Priyanka then joined L&T Infotech as a Project Trainee, where they focused on lateral hiring. From there, Priyanka joined Infosys as an HRD - Recruitment specialist for a brief period.

In 2012, Priyanka joined Anzy Careers as an IT Recruiter, responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing profiles, conducting preliminary interviews, and managing client relationships. Priyanka then transitioned to Google as a Channels Specialist, where they collaborated with recruiting partners to fill technical and non-technical positions.

Priyanka's next career move was to Juniper Networks as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. In this role, they partnered with business leaders and hiring managers to develop staffing solutions, managed the recruitment cycle, and provided recruitment support for multiple product engineering and support business units.

After their time at Juniper Networks, Priyanka joined Flipkart, a leading e-commerce company, as a TA Partner. Priyanka worked on building the Tech Organization by hiring software engineers, architects, data engineers, engineering managers, product managers, and mobile engineers. Priyanka also acted as a trusted advisor to tech leaders, participated in workforce planning, and implemented staffing strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals. Priyanka took on increasing responsibilities in Flipkart, eventually becoming the Lead TA Partner, leading a team of recruiters and coordinators.

Priyanka then joined Coinbase, a cryptocurrency exchange platform, as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, they focused on hiring exceptional talent and recruiting for various technology leadership roles across teams. Priyanka also provided talent advisory to the business and played a key role in building the People Operations team.

Most recently, Priyanka joined Ambient.ai as a Principal Recruiter, starting in 2023.

Priyanka Jha completed their education at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR & Marketing. Prior to that, they attended M S Ramaiah College Of Arts, Science, and Commerce from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Biotechnology.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification in "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
