Raghu Nallamothu

Raghu Nallamothu has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Raghu began as a Software Developer at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center- Informatics, where they developed applications, interacted with in-house clients, and scoped and prioritized requirements. Raghu then moved on to a Product Manager Intern role at Internet Brands before becoming a Software Engineer at Loglogic. In 2011, they joined Nimbula (acquired by Oracle) as a Software Engineer, where they were one of the early team members to help deliver the 2.0 version of the product and worked across multiple components. In 2013, they became a Sr. Engineering Manager at Oracle, where they were a hands-on technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering features for Oracle Cloud’s block storage service. Raghu scaled block storage services to thousands of nodes and exabytes of data and improved the availability of the service to three and a half nine’s. Raghu also improved the hiring process and grew the block storage team from a couple of engineers to a team of 25+ engineers. In 2019, they moved to Facebook as a Software Engineer before joining Ambient.ai in 2021 as a Senior Engineering Manager.

Raghu Nallamothu obtained a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California in 2011, after beginning their studies in 2009.
