Vitaly Herasevich has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Vitaly started their career in 2006 at Mayo Clinic as RF/RA/AC/SAC and worked there until 2018. In 2014, they joined Ambient Clinical Analytics as the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO). Currently, they are working at Mayo Clinic as a Professor of Anesthesiology and Medicine. In 2021, they took on the role of Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) at KardioGenics, Inc.

Vitaly Herasevich began their education at Belaruski Dzjaržauny Medycynski Universitet, where they obtained their MD degree in Medicine from 1994 to 2000. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, specializing in Cardiology and earning a PhD degree between 2000 and 2003. Later on, Herasevich enrolled at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences from 2007 to 2010, where they completed their MSc degree in Clinical Research. Additionally, they have a certification in CPHIMS from HIMSS, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
