Alessandro(Hao) Luo

Alessandro(Hao) Luo has a diverse work experience in the field of software and firmware engineering. Alessandro(Hao) started their career at Eaton in 2012 as a System Engineer, where they were involved in designing, developing, and maintaining VFD function and industrial communication protocols. Alessandro(Hao) also worked on motor control modules and drive functions. In addition, they developed SVC and V/F control algorithms to improve drive performance. Alessandro(Hao) held the role of Development Program Participant at Eaton, where they worked on UPS firmware development using C/C++/ASM and HMI design in C#. Alessandro(Hao) also participated in engineering project management and global team development.

After their stint at Eaton, Alessandro joined Misfit Wearables in 2015 as a Leading Firmware Engineer. During their time there, they played a crucial role in firmware engineering. In 2017, they moved to Huawei Technologies as a Senior Firmware Engineer, where they worked until 2018. Their responsibilities included firmware development and other related tasks.
