Caspar Warnawa

Caspar Warnawa is an experienced professional in social work and residential care, currently serving as Voorzitter RET Twente at Expertisenetwerk Jeugd Overijssel since September 2024 and as Clustermanager at Ambiq since August 2005, where leadership is provided for various residential care forms including a specialized treatment group. Previously, Caspar held roles as a Sportinstructeur at both PI Noord Brabant Noord (1998-2004) and JJI De Hunerberg (1996-1998), focusing on the pedagogical environment for young adult detainees. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from HAN University of Applied Sciences (2000-2004) and a post HBO Executive Master of Business Administration from TSM Business School (2013-2015), as well as vocational training at CIOS Arnhem (1991-1996) in sports and social movement.
