Jon Gale

Jon Gale is an experienced education professional currently serving as an NPQ Facilitator and Marker at Ambition Institute since 2018, where Jon facilitates on NPQH and NPQSL programs. Additionally, Jon has held the position of Executive Headteacher and Teaching School Head at Colmore Teaching School since September 2015, overseeing Colmore Infant and Nursery School and Colmore Junior School. Prior to this, Jon was the Headteacher at Chilcote Primary School from September 2007 to August 2015, focusing on building a strong staff team and ensuring high academic standards while prioritizing the well-being of students. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geography from the University of Birmingham between 1989 and 1992.
