Tom Parsons

Tom Parsons has a diverse work experience ranging from roles in learning management systems to sports and activities. Tom has worked as a Learning Management Systems Technical Lead at Ambition Institute since June 2020 and as a Fellow, Online Learning from January 2019 to June 2020. Tom also has experience working at The Football Association as a Step 1 Referee since June 2017. In addition, they have held various positions at Ambition School Leadership, including Associate Director, Blended Learning from January 2018 to December 2018, Virtual Learning Project Manager from April 2016 to December 2017, and Programme Experience Manager from January 2015 to April 2016. Tom has also worked at Manchester County Football Association as a Referee Training, Education, and Development Lead from June 2015 to July 2018. Lastly, Tom has experience as the Head of Sports and Activities at ARDMORE LANGUAGE SCHOOLS LIMITED from July 2013 to August 2013.

Tom Parsons attended Loughborough University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Science. In addition, they obtained certifications as a FA Licensed Referee Tutor from The FA in 2015 and in Emergency Aid from The FA in 2013.
