Roman Georgi

Roman Georgi has held several positions throughout their work experience. Roman started their career as a Student Research Assistant at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg in 2008. Roman then joined Delivery Hero Holding in 2010, where they initially worked as an Editorial Team/Lead Research and later became a Team Manager Customer Care. In 2014, they joined Marley Spoon as the Head of Customer Communication before progressing to the role of Global CX Manager and finally serving as the Global Head of Customer Insights Systems. Since 2020, Roman has been working at AMBOSS, where they started as the Head of Customer Support and is currently serving as the Director of Customer Support.

Roman Georgi attended the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg from 2003 to 2010, where they earned a Diploma in Social Sciences. In 2005, they also studied abroad at the University of Stavanger for one semester, focusing on Project Management, Event & Meeting Management, and Hotel & Restaurant Management.
