Leonardo Ferreira

Leonardo Ferreira has extensive experience in IT project management, agile leadership, scrum master, system analysis, and mainframe development. In 2021, they began working as an I.T Project Manager at Ambra Gaming, where they are responsible for assisting Vieware's teams to maintain and improve the products of Capitalization and Games by using PHP, Python, Unity 3D technologies and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Management 3.0) and Scaled Agile Framework (Safe) concepts. In 2020, they worked as an Agile Leader at BHS, where they were responsible for the implementation of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Scaled Agile Framework (Safe) concepts in the Vieware Company, developing products of Capitalization and Games by using PHP, Python, and Unity 3D technologies. Leonardo also worked as a Scrum Master at Localiza in 2020. In 2019, they worked as a Scrum Master at Banco BMG, where they acted as Scrum Master and supported the development of the APP Bank using Agile processes. From 2008 to 2019, they worked at Accenture Technology Solutions, where they acted as Scrum Master and certified a pilot of Scrum Team into the company and moved CRM legacy to Agile. Leonardo also acted as an Agile Coach of others new Scrum Team, developed crucial functional requirement specifications, created detailed requirements and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications, worked with customers and product manager to prioritize and validate requirements, and monitored the development progress throughout each phase to ensure project was within scope and budget. Additionally, they worked as a Mainframe Developer.

Leonardo Ferreira obtained a Bachelor in Information Systems from PUC Minas in 2009. Leonardo has also obtained four certifications from Scrum.org, including a Professional Scrum Master Advanced - PSM ll in August 2019, a Professional Scrum Developer - PSD l in March 2019, a Professional Scrum Product Owner - PSPO l in September 2018, and a Professional Scrum Master - PSM l in June 2018.
