Neil Minton has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a House Physician/Senior House Officer in 1979. Their roles have included positions such as Senior Director R&D at Johnson & Johnson and Drug Safety Head at Celgene and Bristol Myers Squibb.
