Patrick Orr has gained extensive work experience over the years. Patrick started their career as a Management Trainee at JJ RICHARDS AND SONS LIMITED in 2012. In this role, they were exposed to various aspects of the business, including sales, workshop, depot management, call centre, domestic contracting, commercial run management, and compliance.

Patrick then progressed to become a Depot Manager at the same company in 2014, where they were responsible for managing the site, employees, vehicle R&M, run optimization, and CRM. Patrick successfully improved productivity through performance management and increased profitability by 15%.

Afterward, in 2016, Patrick took on the role of Project Manager at JJ RICHARDS AND SONS LIMITED. Their responsibilities included implementing a new truck computer navigation system, run optimization, driver training, and after installation support.

In 2017, Patrick joined Yarra City Council as a Contracts Management Officer, where they performed contract management duties until 2019. Patrick was then promoted to the role of Coordinator of Services Contracts, where they were responsible for coordinating services contracts until May 2020.

Currently, Patrick Orr holds the position of Lead Contracts and Business (Patient Transport) at Ambulance Victoria, a role they began in May 2020.

Patrick Orr attended RMIT University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
