With over 20 years of experience at AMC Theatres, previous roles include HR Business Partner, Corporate Auditor, and General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed operations management, audits of brand reputation and compliance, and team development. Fischer holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution.
