Rachael Brown

Rachael Brown is an experienced Customer Operations Manager at AMCO since October 2023, having previously held the position of Customer Service Manager within the same company. Prior to AMCO, Rachael served as Buying Office Manager and Buying Office Supervisor at Lee Longlands from September 2021 to October 2023. Rachael started their career as an Account Advisor at Citibase for several months in 2021 and spent over a decade at Marks and Spencer from 2009 to 2020, progressing through various roles in visual merchandising including Visual Manager and Visual Merchandiser. Rachael holds a degree in Fashion Design from Bath Spa University and a BTEC National Diploma in Art and Design from Wolverhampton College.
