Wilmer Padrón

Wilmer Padrón has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Wilmer started their career at C.A. Metro de Caracas, where they served as the Human Resources Corporate Manager from August 1998 to September 1999. Wilmer then moved on to Ford Motor Company, where they held various roles, including Organization, Personnel Planning & Compensation, ES Manager from March 2002 to December 2005. Wilmer also had a short special assignment during January 2006.

After that, Padrón joined Kraft Foods, where they worked as the Human Resource Manager for the Barquisimeto Plant from April 2007 to April 2008. Wilmer then moved on to become the Human Resources Operations Manager, Andean from April 2008 to August 2010. Following that, they served as the Labor Relations Sr. Manager, Andean from September 2010 to September 2013.

Padrón then worked at CIVETCHI as the Human Talent Director from November 2013 to April 2014. Wilmer then joined Prevaler as the Human Resource Corporate Manager from December 2014 to June 2015.

In 2015, Padrón joined Amcor Rigid Plastics, where they served as the Human Resources Director from June 2015 to March 2018. Wilmer then took on the role of Human Resources Director, Venezuela, Peru & Ecuador from April 2018 to March 2019.

Currently, Padrón is working at Amcor as the HR Director, Mexico, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to this role, they also served as the HR Director, Venezuela, Mexico & Central America from April 2019 to September 2019 and as the Country Director & HR Head from October 2019 to May 2021.

Wilmer Padrón holds a Master's Degree in International Business Administration from Bournemouth University. Wilmer also obtained a BSc in Economics from Universidad 'Santa María'. Additionally, they studied Metallurgical Engineering at Universidad Central de Venezuela.
