Rick Rhoden Partos

Rick Rhoden Partos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Site Lead at AMCS Group since August 2023, leading a multidisciplinary technical team to drive business results globally. Previously, Rick held the position of Senior Director for Philippine Operations at YourMembership from January 2016 to June 2023, managing a PHP 150M+ annual P&L site and achieving substantial employee growth while overseeing various operational functions. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Talleco.com Inc., Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Stream Global Services, and several positions at eTelecare Global Solutions. Rick is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at SP Jain School of Global Management, having earned a degree from the University of the Philippines in 2004.
