Jim has held leadership positions such as General Manager, Vice President, and Director of Operations at companies like Westfall Technik Inc., aMDi Labs, AMA Plastics, Balda, UPG, and Omni Plastics, Inc. Their roles have encompassed overseeing manufacturing processes, operations, and general management responsibilities.

Jim Hanke completed a degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Engineering from California State University, Long Beach in 2001.
