Yu Kei Fan is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in management and private dining. Since February 2014, Yu Kei Fan has served as a Private Chef at Ame Cloud Ventures, following nearly nine years as General Manager at Epicurean Group, where oversight of a 15-member staff helped manage operations for two private school cafes in Sacred Heart Prep, catering to a 2,000-person capacity across multiple locations. Yu Kei Fan holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Professional Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Bethany College, attained between 1999 and 2003.
