Nick Muscato

Nick Muscato is Chief Strategy Officer for Amedisys, overseeing the Company’s strategic initiatives and investments and investor relations function.

Mr. Muscato has led investor relations and strategic finance for Amedisys since 2015, serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, Chief of Staff and Vice President of Strategic Finance and, most recently, Senior Vice President of Finance. He has created and executed a comprehensive investor relations strategy that has forged invaluable relationships and enhanced the Company’s reputation while playing a pivotal role in strategic investments that align with Amedisys’ long-term strategy such as Contessa Health, which expands service offerings to high-acuity care in the home, ConnectRN and Medalogix.

Prior to joining Amedisys, Mr. Muscato was a corporate development leader at Humana where he lead acquisition in managed care, healthcare IT, data and analytics and provider businesses. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisville. Mr. Muscato serves on the Board of Directors for Medalogix and ConnectRN and is a graduate of the 2017 Nashville Healthcare Fellows program.
