Gael Merino-Donahue

Gael Merino-Donahue has a diverse work experience. Gael is currently working as a Product Manager at Amenitiz, where they focus on delivering an all-in-one platform to hoteliers and specifically works on the integrated payment, invoicing, and accounting solution. Prior to this, they worked at Younited Credit as a Product Manager Iberia from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they had two roles at A-Champs: Product Manager - User Success/UX Research from June to October 2019, and UX Researcher/Analyst - Product Development Team from February to June 2019. At A-Champs, they worked with a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve the interactive training system and translate user stories and problems to the development and hardware teams. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Manager at IMDS Canada Inc. from May 2017 to August 2018, and as a Server at Ateliers & Saveurs from September to December 2016.

Gael Merino-Donahue pursued a Master's degree in User Experience Design at Barcelona Technology School in the years 2018 to 2019, specializing in UX Design and UX Research. In parallel, Gael also attended Universitat de Barcelona during the same period to attain a Master's degree in User Experience Design, focusing on UX. Prior to that, Gael completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at HEC Montréal from 2013 to 2017, majoring in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
