Dave Sherwood

Dave Sherwood is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Amentum, Dave supports critical contracts for the Missile Defense Agency and North American Aerospace Defense Command, overseeing full life-cycle recruitment while ensuring compliance with fair hiring practices. Previously, Dave held the same position at Jacobs and progressed through various roles such as Staffing & Recruiting Team Lead and Executive Recruiter. With a notable career in the United States Air Force, Dave managed extensive recruiting operations, trained personnel across multiple districts, and contributed to significant recruitment initiatives. Dave holds degrees in Human Resources Management and Transportation Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
