Susan Andis

Susan Andis currently serves as the Applications Service Delivery Lead at Amentum since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Jacobs, where Susan held positions as the Admin Facing Applications Delivery Team Lead and Service Transition Branch Manager from March 2018 to October 2024. At Jacobs, responsibilities encompassed evaluation, validation and testing, sustaining engineering, release and deployment, configuration management, change management, designing solutions, and earned value management. Between January 2000 and March 2018, Susan worked at Lockheed Martin as a Senior System Engineer, managing incident correlation, problem evaluation, root cause analysis, and high-severity issue resolutions. Additional roles included IT Resource Manager at the Missile Defense Agency, Systems Administrator at LMMS, and service in the United States Air Force from 1987 to 1997. Susan holds a Master's degree in Computer Resources and Information Systems Management from Webster University, a BA in Information Technology from the University of Maryland, and an AS in Logistics Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
